Quality Academy in practice
We offer 10 unique thematic panels: the Basics of Metrology and Technical Drawing, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, G8D methodology, PFMEA - Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control in the Automotive Industry, B2B Relations, Time Management, Welds Quality Control, Team Management & Basic Standards for Order Execution - training for Leaders.
Each edition of the Quality Academy consists of 4 modules and lasts 16 hours. The training includes free theoretical classes and practical workshop. After passing the final exam, the participants receive a Diploma of the Quality Academy Exact Systems.
The lecturers for the academy are ten experienced trainers - mainly practitioners (this number is still growing), among others:

The Quality Academy of Exact Systems has been cooperating with the Student Research Group of the Częstochowa University of Technology "Design Thinking Space” since 2015.
Exact Systems S.A. implements the training program as part of the TÜV PROFESSIONAL PARTNER program supervised by HRS - a partner of the TÜV Hessen GmbH certification unit in Poland.
The Silesian University of Technology has become our next partner.
Quality Academy abroad
Quality Academy is extremely popular not only in Poland. Our subsidiaries have implemented training programs as well. This Quality Academy is already standard in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. In Hungary, the educational project appealed so much that the training is targeted not only to employees of Exact Systems, but also to potential partners operating in the quality control sector. In total, 25 foreign editions took place attended by around 400 participants.
