JACEK OPALACEO
Since the very beginning of his professional career, Jacek Opala was associated with the automotive industry. He has worked with Exact Systems since 2005, and now he is responsible for standardisation of the Exact Systems Group, coordination of corporate marketing activities and supervision over sales departments in Poland and subsidiaries. He is also responsible for creating the PR policy of the company and media relations. Currently, he is one of the experts of the Polish Chamber of the Automotive Industry.
Jacek Opala graduated in Engineering Management at the Faculty of Materials Processing Engineering and Applied Physics at Czestochowa University of Technology. He continued education on Postgraduate Management Studies organised by the Warsaw School of Economics.
He is a husband and a father of two daughters. He is interested in psychology, travelling and jogging.

PAWEŁ WIECZOREKVICE PRESIDENT
For last 15 years Pawel Wieczorek has been developing international business relationships in the region of Central and Eastern Europe - for different companies and industries: sanitary, construction and plastics. He used to run export departments and also gained huge experience in creating, organising and managing these companies on foreign markets. Before joining Exact Systems he created 6 subsidiaries for a Polish distributor of semi-finished plastics in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia achieving significant market shares and expected profitability. He has also cooperated with the suppliers from all around the world, visiting regularly production sites in Europe and Asia. Pawel Wieczorek joined Exact Systems in April 2015 and is responsible for the markets of China, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, United Kingdom, Spain and Portugal. He truly believes that geographical expansion is the key to success.
Pawel Wieczorek graduated from the University of Lodz, MoA, Philology Faculty. He speaks English, Czech, Slovakian, Russian and is still learning Chinese. He is a husband and father of one daughter. In his free time, he is passionate about modern history, travelling, basketball and classic cars.

DARIUSZ DENGUSIAKVICE PRESIDENT
Dariusz Dengusiak holds the position of Operations Manager in the structure of Exact Systems. He is responsible for providing our Clients in Poland with services consistent with their requirements and the internal standards of Exact Systems. He has been associated with Exact Systems since 2004. He started his career as a Quality Inspector, nowadays he sets direction for the development of the Operational Department in Poland. Currently, he has been appointed to coordinate avctivities in Exact Systems’ subsidiaries in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Dariusz Dengusiak earned his degree from the Department of Management and Production Engineering at the Częstochowa University of Technology. He was born in 1982 in Namysłów. A father of a son. His interests are travelling, history and geography.

ANNA CZUBAKBOARD MEMBER
Attorney Anna Czubak began working with Exact Systems in 2013, taking on a key role in establishing the company's legal department. As head of the legal department, she not only oversees the work of her team, but also coordinates cooperation with external legal offices, providing legal support across a wide range of company activities.
In addition, she is actively involved in making strategic decisions regarding the company's future, helping to strengthen Exact Systems' position in the market.

Exact Systems was founded
An innovative idea to solve the quality problems in the rapidly growing automotive industry in Poland.

First subsidiaries, outside of Częstochowa, were set up
Continuing to achieve the goal of becoming the leader among sorting companies in Poland.

Czestochowa University of Technology
In 2009, Exact Systems began working with the Technical University of Czestochowa. This agreement allows our company to use the scientific achievements of the university and the work of young engineers. At the same time Exact Systems invites students to serve internships and is a patron of students' theses related to quality control.
